Emb Paris reports Baeyens has reaffirmed principle common front re recognition Chi Commies and question acceptance existing Fr Chi treaties mentioned reftel used merely as illustration. Paris states Baeyens did not imply Fr wld take unilateral action if Commies accepted Fr-Chi treaties while refusing accept treaties betw Chi and other powers.
