Mansfield 5 March. Departments Army, Air Force have requested, aside from future arrangements other vessels, that Amb arrange attachés to receive and deliver approximately 1300 M tons supplies from Mansfield to Chinese. Dept Army forwarding applicable operating instructions direct to Military Attaché Nanking.
