According to Baeyens, Bevin told Massigli27 yesterday that UK was not considering recognizing Chinese Communists before end of year and he would attempt to arrive at common position with US and France before taking action. Baeyens thinks British may not act before question is considered at Ceylon Commonwealth Conference in January. He said France was ready to take action in near future.
