If Yugos decline participate provisional demarcation FTT frontiers (ur 1241 May 21¹), Dept considers US, UK and France shd proceed with delimitation all frontiers of FTT in territory presently under AMG (Deptel 632 May 2²). You may advise FonOff informally of Dept’s views, and express hope Itals will participate regardless of Yugo decision.
