Editorial Note
Following an exchange of analogous notes at Paris on September 29 and 30, 1947, between the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the British Embassy, there was effected by exchange of notes signed on October 25 at Paris an Agreement between the United States of America and the French Republic on Recruitment of Voluntary Labor for France in the United States Zone of Germany.
