403. At Committee of Three meeting General Chang⁴⁶ assured me that instructions regarding the field teams would be passed to Northeast Headquarters. 1289 refers. Again yesterday morning Colonel Pee⁴⁷ assured me that instructions had been issued. Last night I saw the Gimo who said he would personally take up the matter.
