I. Records of Previous Meetings
It was decided to approve the records of the decisions taken by the Council of Foreign Ministers at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Meetings of the Third Session, held in New York.
II. Report of the Deputies

III. Article 76 of the Draft Treaty With Italy
It was decided to adopt the text of Article 76 (Annex l).62
IV. Draft Peace Treaty With Italy, Article 16 bis. Draft Instrument for the Provisional Regime (CFM(46) (NY)43)63
1. Article 14 (now Article 10 in CFM(46) (NY)43 revised December 4)
It was decided to adopt the text of Paragraph 10 of the Draft Instrument for the Provisional Regime annex to Article 16 bis (Annex 2).
2. Article 13 (now Article 9 in CFM(46) (NY)43 revised December 4)
After an exchange of views, it was decided to refer Paragraph 13 for joint study by the Sub-Committee on Trieste and the Economic Experts.
3. Article 6 (no change in number)
It was decided to approve the text submitted by the Military Experts. (See CFM(46) (NY)48)64
V. Reparation by Italy for Yugoslavia, Greece, Albania and Ethiopia and Reparation by Bulgaria for Yugoslavia and Greece
