M. Simić, Foreign Minister of Yugoslavia, read a statement in English and submitted a proposal concerning Article 16 of the Draft Peace Treaty (see doc. CFM (46) (NY) 5),63 together with a map of a new line proposed for the frontier between Yugoslavia and Italy.
M. Tarchiani, Ambassador of Italy to Washington, read a statement in English (see doc. CFM (46) (NY) 6).64
