Personal for Harry Hopkins.⁸² Am gravely concerned over delays in action on Russian Lend-Lease requests submitted while you were in Moscow.⁸³ Hope you can see Sid Spalding, now in Washington, and after obtaining from him the facts and our recommendations do what you can to get immediate action.
