Information contained in your Noweg 50, April 12, 9 p.m., and in previous messages regarding Swedish-Norwegian relations is most helpful and Department trusts that you will continue to report fully on this subject. You will appreciate, however, that as this is primarily a military matter on which no decision has been reached by our military authorities, you should carefully refrain from giving Lie any indication that the actions being taken by the Norwegians meet with our approval.
