6739. Cornea 317. Today EAC discussion re Vienna airfields UK representative proposed French forces use UK controlled Schwechat Field. French representative accepted. Three delegations continued press for inclusion in report⁷⁹ of specific provision re freedom of transit for supplies and common use Vienna municipal services. Soviet representative apparently lacks specified authorization to include them but again stated his delegation considers these principles “obvious”. Next meeting EAC July 5.
