2062. Political Vice Foreign Minister5 has informed us that Executive Yuan has recommended to National Defense Council that abolition of Boxer indemnity boards be suspended and that therefore “China Foundation can carry on next year.” (Reurtel 1626, December 12.) We shall expect to obtain additional information and report further in due course.6
