You are authorized to concert with Lord Moyne in notifying the Greek Government of the Bulgarian armistice terms, the text of which is being sent separately.42 See in this connection the Department’s telegram to London,43 repeated to you, concerning the procedure for notification of all other Governments at war with Bulgaria.
