9 Yugos. Department’s 7 March 3. The Prime Minister has now informed the President that Macmillan38 will represent the British in any discussions that may be held with the proposed Bulgarian mission. You should accordingly keep in touch with him in connection with the project.
It has also been agreed that General Wilson, who will be responsible to the Combined Chiefs in matters pertaining to the activities of the Bulgarian Mission, is to be kept currently informed of developments and that he will have a military representative present.
