The Belgian Embassy presents its compliments to the Department of State and, with reference to the latter’s note of July 27, 1944, has the honor to inform the Department that the delegation appointed by the Belgian Government in view of the exploratory talks on post-war [Page 529] commercial aviation, suggested by the American Government, will be composed as follows:

1.
Mr. Joseph Jennen, Commercial Counselor for Relief, Belgian Embassy;
2.
Mr. Joseph Nisot, Legal Adviser, Belgian Embassy.

It is understood that the conversations will begin on Monday, August 14, at 3 P.M., at a place to be designated by the Department of State.
