From statement made by Friedrich Kempter, OLIR group, it appears that Otis, Berko and Tannin of Buenos Aires are respectively Ottomar Mueller, Walter Napp and Walter Freiwald; that Hiag of São Paulo is Joseph Karl Eisenhammer; and that Kempter contacted Elvezio Ortelli, a Swiss citizen, in Buenos Aires in September 1940. Please inform F. B. I. immediately.
