Referring to Minister Loudon’s January 21 conference at the Department18 in presence of certain General [Page 58] Staff officers, Netherlands Prime Minister Gerbrandy wishes me to state that the suggestions the latter made on that occasion concerning the composition of forces for Curaçao and Aruba are acceptable to his Government.
