Your 178 of April 7, 8 p.m. Aranha says that he has no idea of making difficulties for our oil companies on this but that he is extremely reluctant to do anything to interrupt the Lati service: it is he says the only effective means aside from cable that he has of communicating with many of his representatives in Europe and North and West Africa.
