695. Referring to telegram to the Department from Montevideo No. 250, June 19, 3 p.m., Aranha says that he is sympathetic to the Uruguayan attitude. The Uruguayan Minister for Foreign Affairs [Page 21] has suggested that they meet at Porto Alegre in the near future. Aranha has that under consideration.
