127. Department’s instruction no. 513, July 19.¹¹ Department is informed by Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions that its representatives in Ethiopia, Dr. John A. Cremer and the Reverend Duncan C. Henry, have been expelled by the Italian authorities following expropriation of mission property at Addis Ababa.
