Our 277 [274], june 15, 5 p.m. Following informal conversations between the Prime Minister’s88 personal adviser and the British Ambassador, the Foreign Minister yesterday proposed to the British Ambassador that there be held next week in Tokyo a round table conference to discuss the Tientsin situation and seek solution thereof on a strictly local basis. The proposal has been referred to London.
