414. Referring to my telegram No. 400 of October 9, 12 noon. Mr. Sollenberger has informed a member of my staff that appeal entered with administrative authorities (referring to my despatch No. 7495 of October 7, 193822) has now been denied by these administrative authorities.
This means that Amparo action against expropriation decree et cetera will have to be begun all over again in the district courts. It is anticipated that copies of the administrative refusal will be available for transmission by air mail tomorrow.
