“Tungpeh bombed Monday flag marked building deliberate destroyed, Mrs. Nyhus and Ruthie wounded, Phoebe Killed, Nyhus Unhurt, all here, advice requested.”

Shanghai please inform Tokyo. Repeated to Hankow and Shanghai.
