Sir: I have the honor to forward herewith, for the information of the Treaty Division, five copies of the British White Paper entitled “Treaty Series No. 14 (1938)—Exchanges of Notes Between His Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and the Portuguese Government Regarding the Boundary Between Tanganyika Territory and Mozambique: Lisbon, May 11, 1936, and December 28, 1937”,1 which have just been received gratis from His Majesty’s Stationery Office.
