Your telegram of October 25, 6 p.m. It is suggested that, in your discretion, you might properly acquaint responsible Arab as well as Jewish inquirers with the Department’s public statement concerning Palestine.98 Should you deem it desirable, you may explain also that the statement represents no change in this Government’s position with respect to that question. (See, in this connection, Department’s Radio Bulletin No. 244.)
