1098. My 1097, September 24, 1 p.m.7 Drafting Committee has completed draft report and resolutions which will be considered by the Third Committee tomorrow morning.

Confidentially informed by Aghnides8 that many delegates are opposed to meeting of Bureau of Disarmament Conference at this time and that Council will probably take decision postponing meeting.
