- For your information. Commander-in-Chief48 recommends through the Navy Department that in view of the situation in Far East this Department notify Japanese Government that proposed visit of the Commander-in-Chief to Japan be indefinitely postponed. Both Departments approve.
- 2.
- Please appropriately inform Foreign Office that visit will be indefinitely postponed.
