The Ambassador in China ( Johnson ) to the Secretary of State

335. The Minister of Foreign Affairs has orally stated to the Embassy that the Chinese Government is anxious to deprive Japanese airplanes of such assistance as they may receive from broadcast weather forecasts relating to China, especially the interior.
