1. The Consul General at Tientsin has just telephoned that large numbers of Japanese troops are arriving at intervals at East Station Tientsin and are going into barracks at Tientsin. He states that the Shanghai express from the South arrived at 1 p.m., today, stopped at West Station Tientsin, and will proceed no further.
Repeated to Nanking, Shanghai and Tokyo.
