Your 35, July 29, 6 p.m. The final sentence of my statement of July 16 is purely descriptive of the method which this Government has found suited to its purposes in cooperating with other governments with a view to giving effect to the principles which we advocate and which I enumerated in detail in that statement. It was intended to express this Government’s willingness to cooperate in any and all efforts of a peaceful and practicable nature to support the principles advocated by it and set forth in my statement.
