Advise Consul George obtain and forward Department names and passport data of each and names [Page 503] and addresses of persons who will pay for maintenance and return passage to United States. Consul should understand and make clear to all the authorities concerned that these persons were proceeding to Spain in violation of this Government’s stipulations. Cable briefly report.
