In view of the extreme unlikelihood that any Justice of the Supreme Court could accept and the possibility that no judge of one of our higher courts would be available, it might be wise for Dr. Saavedra Lamas to consider the inclusion in the draft resolution of an alternative category such as “or an eminent jurist of the United States.”
