- The oil conversations ended today and the special representatives of the oil interests are leaving Japan in the near future to consult with their home offices.
- 2.
- Faced with the danger of a definite break with the large oil interests, the Japanese officials today gave the special representatives last minute promises of future fulfillment of practically all the desiderata of the foreign oil interests.
