122. Embassy’s 121, November 6, 5 p.m. Chin Teh-chun, Acting Chairman of Chahar, has been appointed Mayor of Peiping, and Hsiao Chen-ying has been given the Chairmanship of Chahar. Both are close followers of Sung Che-yuan.
