192. Reference Legation’s 186, May 7, 10 a.m.42 Ringwalt43 reports that Chiang Kai-shek arrived at Yunnanfu on May 10th. He also reports that several thousand Reds are believed to be still in the mountains north of Wuting and that the majority have crossed the Yangtze River at various places above and below Tungan.
