466. My 459, September 20, 5 p.m.95 Foreign Office states Admiralty is prepared to relay United States Government messages on strictly Government business only between the United States Legation at Addis Ababa and Aden wireless station at Aden from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Greenwich mean time. “Frequency will be 10345 kilocycles (slightly under 30 meters wave length).” This service to cost one-half normal rate.
Should Department accept this proposal Foreign Office suggests further consultation with Embassy as to determining moment when service should commence.
