352. Letter signed by Vasconcellos, President of Committee of Coordination, addressed to me dated November 6, reads as follows:
“I have the honor to transmit to you herewith, in accordance with the decision of the Coordination Committee, the resolutions and decisions adopted at the close of its second session on November 2,68 the minutes of that meeting,69 and the replies of governments to the five proposals adopted during the first session.69 I would be grateful if you would be good enough to transmit this documentation to the Secretary of State in Washington.
I need not add that I continue to be at the disposal of the United States Government, in accordance with my letter of October 21, addressed to the Secretary of State.”
