The Minister in Switzerland ( Wilson ) to the Secretary of State

343. The following communication addressed to the Secretary of State was delivered to me this morning.
“Sir: I have the honor to acknowledge your reply of October 26th to my communication of October 21st on behalf of the Coordination Committee, forwarded to me by the Honorable Hugh R. Wilson, American Minister in Switzerland, and to inform you that I at once transmitted it to the members of the Committee.
May I express the deep appreciation which I personally feel and which I am sure the other members of the Coordination Committee share, of the spirit animating your communication. I have the honor to be, Sir, your obedient servant, Augusto de Vasconcellos, President of the Coordination Committee.”
The text of this reply is being given to the press here this morning.
