The Secretariat circulated this afternoon: the text of the Fronco-British proposals for a settlement of the Italo-Abyssinian dispute;¹⁸ a communications from the Abyssinian Government to the Secretary General dated today in regard to the proposals;¹⁹ the reply of the Secretary General to the latter.
