69. Commander B. M. Thompson, a representative of the Treasury Department, will visit Brussels in the near future to discuss question of obtaining cooperation in preventing shipments of alcohol from Belgium destined for smuggling into United States.
Please extend appropriate assistance and inform consular officers at Antwerp and Rotterdam.
