313. Your 535, October 24, 4 p.m. You are authorized to inform the British Government that this Government accepts the invitation to be represented at a conference to be held in London on the 2d of December83 pursuant to the provisions of the Washington and London naval treaties.

Please cable full text of the British Government’s communication with the exception of the last paragraph quoted in your telegram under reference.
