Referring to Department’s telegram No. 35, March 16, noon, as a result of further conference with Foreign Office officials, changes on page 8 would read as follows: lines 10 and 11⁵⁶ “evidence, with the Brief and Reply Brief, as rebuts evidence, filed with the Answer and Brief, et cetera”. Line 19⁵⁷ would read: “evidence filed with the Answer or Brief, the additional evidence”.
