28. Department’s 6, January 9, 5 p.m. Note to Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs bearing date January 13 has been mailed to Peck58 today for delivery on the 13th. The second sentence of first paragraph was drafted to read as follows:
“Under date of January 3, 1934, I informed Your Excellency that your note under reference had been communicated to my Government.”
