19. My 17, January 15, 11 p.m.33 Colombian Government informed by its delegate to League of Nations that he understands that latter would be pleased to intervene in Leticia question. Olaya indicates, however, that he will not follow this intimation, relying on appeal to the Kellogg Pact signatories.
