15. Press reports Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Argentina and Chile discussed at Mendoza2 postponement Seventh Pan American Conference. Department understands that this is probably inaccurate but that agreement was reached concerning attitude the Governments would take towards topics on the program. Please report fully any information discreetly ascertainable regarding this.
