5. Oahu reports that the Standard Oil Company’s motor vessel Meishan, under the control of a Chinese laodah, looted today by 20 bandits at mileage 119 above Hankow. The loss was slight excepting that one package of mail and the ship’s papers were taken by the bandits. The Meishan is now anchored near the Oahu.
