Joint situation report number 11, March 19th:

• “1. Embarkation of one Japanese mixed brigade for Japan continues.
• 2. Commander 19th Route Army protests to neutral observers against the continued flights of Japanese aircraft beyond the Shirakawa patrol zone. Reports from Chinese sources that civilians have been injured owing to fire from aeroplanes have not been verified.”
