144. Following from American Consul General at Mukden:

“January 28, 3 p.m. Officially announced this morning that one infantry battalion and one artillery battalion accompanied by several aircraft left Changchun for Harbin at 9 a.m. today.

It is understood that they are travelling in trucks.”
