59. Your 126, October 15, 10 a.m. The matter contained in the first paragraph of your telegram has been under consideration for some time, and the Department hopes to send you a further telegram about it either at the end of this week or the beginning of next.
With regard to the second paragraph the Department feels it most advisable that Bolivia accept November 11 as the date for the opening of the meeting even though Dr. Finot may not be able to reach Washington by that date. Although the Department, of course, cannot speak for the others, it feels certain that there will be no objection at the meeting of November 11 to a postponement until Dr. Finot arrives.
