All the Governments having agreed on the text of the notes to be delivered to Bolivia and Paraguay, the diplomatic representatives in Washington of the neutral Governments have agreed with the Department that the notes should be delivered to the Bolivian and Paraguayan Governments on Thursday, June 25. Please so inform the Government to which you are accredited.
